Imagery analysis training

Senior experts from LGC Forensics are in great demand to give lectures and presentations on imagery and imagery-related matters. Venues include the NTC of the police and major universities, as well as major overseas organisations and training companies such as SIRA and IQPC. Our experts have also taken part in, and are able to provide, courses on imagery analysis and related subjects ranging from one-day events for the police, to longer university courses.

Briefings

We often provide briefings addressing all aspects of imagery interpretation. These can be delivered to a variety of audiences and aim to educate your team as to the potential for imagery use. We also provide specialist briefings for law enforcement teams and use case studies to illustrate the specialist techniques we use. Limitations are also covered, to set realistic expectations and not be influenced by dramatic radio and TV forensic scenarios. Briefings address all or part of the technological imagery spectrum over the past century and illustrates what the future might hold.

Course development and delivery

We can provide a course design and delivery service to meet your needs for basic imagery familiarisation. Interpretive skills, basic measurement, sources and types of imagery and its uses are all covered. Criminal, civil and commercial subjects can be used, depending on your needs.
