Ceri Walsh

Ceri Walsh is an acknowledged expert in Cell Site Analysis, and has appeared as an expert witness many times at court. She has given evidence on both Cell Site Analysis (the location of mobile phones) and intelligence analysis for both the prosecution and the defence.

Ceri joined Focus Forensics Telecommunications (FFT Ltd) in 2003 as a Cell Site Analyst responsible for report production. FFT Ltd was subsequently purchased by LGC Forensics in 2009 for their extensive experience and expertise in Cell Site Analysis.

Before joining FFT Ltd, and subsequently LGC Forensics, Ceri was employed by West Midlands Police as an Intelligence Analyst for the Murder Investigation Unit responsible for the manipulation, analysis, dissemination and disclosure of all telecommunications data in Category A and B Murder cases. She has worked on many high profile cases.

Ceri is a registered expert witness, and is a member of the Institution of Engineers and Technology (MIET).

Ceri’s qualifications include a Bsc (open) which incorporated IT and Communications and a diploma in Information Technology.
